The Archivio Gianni Bertini has its premises in the Frittelli Arte Contemporanea gallery in Florence.
Since several years the Archive collects, catalogues and conserves all kinds of publications, documents, and audio-visual material illustrating Bertini’s artistic career in over fifty years of activity, carried out principally between Italy and France. It encourages the study of the work of the artist, collaborates on the organisation of one-man and collective shows, and offers information about the life and work of the artist free of charge.
Starting from an accurate analysis of the information stored and collected by the various collectors, an ad hoc database was prepared for optimal rationalization of the data.
With the support of Prof. Francesco Tedeschi, a complete worksheet was developed with bibliography and exhibitions according to the editorial rules, which can be exported in PDF. The main purpose of the work of collecting and archiving the works in our management system was the creation of the Catalogue Raisonné, published by Electa.

The section dedicated to the works of the gallery allows the detailed listing of the property according to the functional logic of the Frittelli Gallery.
The iconographic set of the work
Each artwork is accompanied by a set of images. A system that allows a continuous updating of contents without ever losing traits of the past.
