The Cardelli & Fontana artecontemporanea gallery was founded in 1980 in Sarzana, La Spezia. The gallery works in a direct and exclusive relationship with the artists represented, promoting them through the creation of exhibitions, support for exhibitions in museums and public spaces and participation in art fairs. In the last ten years the gallery has opened its programming to artists of previous generations, combining contemporary work with a specialization in the field of Italian geometric abstraction in the years between 1930 and 1960.
The Gallery's need was to unify the procedures and materials that up until now had been managed through different tools and platforms into a program that was easy to implement and use, thus running the risk of creating duplicates and resulting in long processing times. The unified management system created by OFFICINEBIT has equipped the Gallery with the right tool to archive all the materials relating to the Artists and the works managed and the exhibitions curated, simplifying and making daily activity more efficient.
